Here we are in November with the holidays right around the corner. I don’t know about you, but since March 2020, I haven’t exactly kept up the fitness routine. Now, with the calorie intake seemingly ever increasing, and the physical activity not keeping pace, there is much to consider.
It’s time to get fit – again. As getting healthier is the best way to fight the plethora of issues plaguing our island, this is the best defence, and you can look and feel better simultaneously. It’s a win-win and there are many choices.
